A Seat at the Table: Chair 30
Set Stool
The ‘Set Stool’ is crafted from five CNC-cut panels. Four identical sides interlock to create a sturdy base, with the seat panel slotting in on top. Made from 18mm Douglas fir plywood.

Stan
Solid Beech
357 x 357 x 1725mm
The design and process of making ‘Stan’ are intentionally ‘mono’, meaning that it started as a square section of wood and then shaped into its final form by a single process – drilling – to form the hooks. The column-like structure is designed to be put in the corner of the room, almost going un-noticed, yet I wanted it to have its own personality, whether holding coats or not. So, Stan the Coat Stand will always be standing in the corner, quietly adding a bit of something to the space.

Ash
Lead-free pewter
105 x 105 x 20mm
The form is initially sculpted in plasticine, then cast in silicone to create a reusable mold for the final material – pewter. This design highlights plasticine’s malleability, emphasising the playful process of rolling it into little sausages, trimming the ends, and pressing them together to shape the dish.
